On the occasion that Rinnai (Thailand) Co. Ltd has stepped into the new millennium, I note with great pride and pleasure that the company has attained impressive and sustained growth over the past decade. On behalf of the company I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all our Thai and foreign customers who have shown full confidence in our products. Indeed we are fully aware that it is the customers who empower and inspire us in every step of our operation.

Established in 1990 Rinnai Thailand is a Thai-Japanese joint venture involving Rinnai Corporation of Japan and Lucky Flame of Thailand. Pursuant to the Company philosophy "Quality is our Destiny", we have employed advanced technology and applied stringent quality assurance measures in every stage of production to achieve utmost customer satisfaction.

To get where we are today we have worked with all our might and main to overcome all difficulties. We have poured our efforts into building customer recognition in our product and brand name. I therefore would like to put on record my profound appreciation to the management and staff at all levels who have contributed to the success of the Company through their hard work and dedication. I would also like to thank all individuals and organisations which have given us their continued support over the years.
